Dr. Madhumita Roy Sen

Dr. Madhumita Roy Sen is an MBA (HR) from ICFAI Business School and was awarded PhD in Management in March 2023 by Brainware University. She has more than 10 years of professional experience including corporate and academics. She was associated with renowned and esteemed institutes like IEM, UEM, Sister Nivedita University and Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Roy Sen has also presented and published research papers in international conferences at IIM Ranchi, NIT Jamshedpur, MDI Murshidabad, KIIT and Brainware University in collaboration with NABARD. She has publications in reputed UGC Care listed journals too.
