Dr. Madhumita Roy Sen

Dr. Madhumita Roy Sen is an MBA (HR) from ICFAI Business School and was awarded PhD in Management (Human Resource Management) in March 2023 by Brainware University. She has graduated from Ranchi University, B.Sc (Computer Maintenance). She has more than 16 years of professional experience including corporate and academics. She was associated with renowned and esteemed institutes like IEM, UEM, Sister Nivedita University and Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Roy Sen has also presented and published research papers in International Conferences at IIM Ranchi, NIT Jamshedpur, MDI Murshidabad, KIIT and Brainware University in collaboration with NABARD. She has participated and acted as an organising committee member in FDP and Conference and has publications in reputed Journals.
