Sreeparna Bhattacharyya

Sreeparna Bhattacharyya, an accomplished academician, her ongoing PhD in Management (Human Resource Management) at Silver Oak University, Ahmedabad, India focusing on ‘Sustainable HRM’. She holds a Master's in Arts Degree in Psychology (I/O) from IGNOU and a Master's in Business Administration Degree with a focus on Human Resource Management (Major) and Marketing (Minor) from Heritage Business School, Kolkata (MAKAUT, formerly known as WBUT) with 1st Class. She is also pursuing her Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics (Specialization in Operations & Decisions Science) from IGNOU. With a prolific research output, Sreeparna has authored publications spanning national and international repute journals and book chapters on Behavioural Science. She actively engages in academic discourse and has presented at national and international conferences, where she bagged "The Best Paper Award" in the General Management track at the 'South Asia Pacific International Conference on Changing Business Practices in the Current Environment-2024' organized by N L Dalmia Institute of Management, Mumbai. Beyond academia, she serves as a resource person in various workshops, conferences, and professional courses. Her commitment is underscored by her role as the Sub-Editorial Committee Member of the ‘Kolkata Kindle’, a journal of the National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN), Kolkata Chapter. She is a Life-Member of NHRDN, Kolkata Chapter along with reviewers of reputed Scopus-Indexed journals and book chapters. She has also played a key role as an Editorial Member of the 26th NHRDN National Conference – ‘Beyond Tomorrow: New Age People Processes’ organized by the NHRDN Kolkata Chapter.
